Steem Rat Voter - Upvote and Resteem bot 0.1 Beta

This is a brand new Upvote and Resteem bot!

While testing I have set Resteem limit at 0.005 SBD/STEEM
Round fill is set at 90% so you should always get a higher value back in vote.
If your post age is less than 20 minutes, bid is delayed.

Current vote weight is ~56.

Transfer 0.005 to @steemrat with your link as memo and you get voted + resteemed.

Minimum refund 0.002 to avoid MEMO spam
Only URLS in MEMO, anything else is considered donation.

Test the bot now while cheap! And please keep in mind, this bot is set up by a MINNOW.
If you find any problems please notify me and I fix <3

        @resteem.bot, cheese may be old but is still cheese.

        I dont want to use your name Resteem Bot, but being a resteembot service it is quite natural to use the resteembot tag.
        You do use the resteem tag to, even though it is the name of @resteem

          I will never use the term "resteem.bot", I'll stick to "resteembot"..
          How is your relation to @resteembot by the way?

          You should be the oldest hits when I search resteembot, but you are not.

          You my friend, deserve an "UpRat"!

          As the first resteembot (that I know of), whose official approval is 110% needed for you to call yourself anything, I declare:

          • You resteem and you are a bot, therefore you can use any combination of the two words to describe yourself.

          • You have yet to provide sufficient proof that you are a rat. Please upload your rat selfie and the birth certificate of you and your 20+ brothers and sisters. Until you do that, I forbid you to call yourself a steem rat.

            The bot had a little hickup when it got a 0.001SBD Memo from @resteembot.
            This happened because the script missed an account to send donations, and tried to send it back. Resteembot have the same problem, and sent it back with a new Memo, the two bots causing a loop.

            Lucky I tested this scenario,
            fixed, all working now!

              Yeah. When I noticed it, you already fixed it.
              I am now considering writing a limit of how many times my bot would refund the same transaction. If it is more than 3 times, just take the money.

              I just need to find the time to write it. I am very busy lately.

                Probably not often this happen, but better safe than sorry.
                It was quite a sight watching the wallet, both bots complaining in order :)

                Just add in a code like this:

                •   if(retries < 2)

 else {

                I did however raise the refund limit to 0.002 so the memo advertizers don't get a refund.
