Means and importance of health when it hurts (card tries)

Before getting sick, let's keep health. Always remember that health is important to be maintained because health is the greatest gift given by Allah SWT to His creatures. We have a duty to keep it well for example with adequate rest, exercise regularly, maintain diet and so forth. Always use a slogan to better prevent it than cure.
