First Things First: Know Your Worth - Liabilities and Assets

First, you will need to know your worth in that way you will know where you stand. It may sound like a cheesy love story that I will be doing but it doesn't relate on anything about love. It is about YOU. As per ULOG of @surpassinggoogle.

I wasn't able to write for a few days because I had been doing some stuff in the real life. Basically I applied to different companies in the previous days and to my dismay I got the very famous line "we will call you". We all know what does that mean.

This is going to be a 90 Day post, as per the website that I just subscribed to, it is the 90 Days Budget Boot Camp.

I myself isn't good at budgeting and it has been my struggle ever since. If you are an expert or somehow good with it, I do commend you for that, so on the first day of the challenge. To know your worth, we need to understand the following:

• Liabilites
• Assets
• Net Worth

Okay the following terms are kinda out of this world actually bro it is not. We can just think of it as the following: Liabilities - What you owe/ You need to pay/ Assets - on the other hand is the things that you can get money may it be an investment, your gadgets or your sugar mommy, house that you own. Basically, it is anything that you own that can be sold and has a worth. Lastly for the Net worth this is the final result after subtracting the value of Liabilities into your Asset. To do so what we need to do is list down the things that you have.

First is I will start with Liabilities

 

• Monthly Internet Bill - 1,000 ( This is my monthly expense and constant)
• @jazzhero debt - 5SBD ( Super overdue bill from him need to pay it the soonest time)
• @xopus subscription 5 STEEM ( It is for the service that I bought from them)

Second is the Assets that I do own

• Vivo Mobile Device - 3,000 ( I bought it at around 8,999 but I think it can be sold at that price since it is an old model already or I think it cannot be sold on that price it might be lower already.)
• Dell Laptop 4,000 ( It is an old model and saw that the price is really low now. It is just the estimate)
• T-shirts 2,500 ( I do have a lot of shirts, and it has been crazy because I am buying shirts whenever I saw something which is "cute" on my taste.
• Jackets - 2,000 ( The jackets that I bought are anime inspired and bought at conventions, I think if I will be selling them that is the price but NO I AM NOT SELLING THEM.It is just for reference.

Finally my Net Worth:

• By subtracting the Liabilities to my current Asset, roughly my Net Worth is 9,500 pesos

On my end this is kinda alarming and eye opener because I almost cost like my cellphone when I bought it two years ago. Though I give myself a tap on my back because comparing to the other people I do have less liabilities. But kidding aside if you got a negative result for the Net Worth that is absolutely okay! What is more important is you now know what your worth is and the idea that you want to take action to that so that you will be positive after the 90 days. If you worth more than I am, congrats bro or sis now what you need to do is keep that up or even increase your value.
