Take a break.

Today, our society is obsessed with the idea of productivity. Everyone -- including yourself, is expecting YOU to have something to work on all the time.

Though this can be a positive reinforcement, there are just some days when you feel like eehhh. And that's okay.

Being a side hustler, I was once obsessed with the idea na kailangan wala akong sasayanging oras. Dapat magawa ko to, magawa ko yan, etc. I used to reprimand myself countless times for being sluggish and for not meeting my targets.

Right now, I am learning to take everything slowly. I take a break when I'm exhausted and slack-off when I feel like it.

Being busy doesn't mean that you are being productive. Minsan, we need to listen to our body, take a break, use that time off to seek some inspiration, or simply enjoy our mere existence.

sakto sakin to..i'm suppose to go under training pero dikaya ng katawan.. namagnet ako sa bed..its good to take a rest when we need it... machine nga nag oover heat tayo pa kaya..

Yes, we should take care of our health and put it as our top priority. Sabi nga nila, "Health is wealth", which is really true.

May nabasa pa nga ko dun sa isang group ng freelancer sa fb, na nadeds because of too much stress and dedication sa pagf-freelance.

Yeeees nakita ko rin yun. Our health should indeed be included in our priority list. Minsan nakakalimutan na natin magpahinga lalo na when we're so hyped with reaching our targets. Hindi naman masama, pero dapat isipin na our body is our greatest asset. May bukas pa ikanga.

Baka member ka rin dun? Hehe.
