Steem Remains Most Active Cryptocurrency

Steem remains the most active cryptocurrency for the first week of June. Steem enjoyed 46.9% of all blockchain activity. Ethereum and Bitshares were tied for second place with each having 21.3% of all activity. This represents a marked increase for Ethereum which usually falls well behind Bitshares. I have to wonder if this has something to do with EOS using Ethereum for the roll out of the EOS token this week. EOS has just come to an end of a year long ICO. Once EOS is active, most of this activity pie chart may represent the blockchains of Dan Larimer.

Bitcoin represents 5.7% of all activity this week. All the other currencies combined represent only 4.7% of all activity.

I for one am anxious to see the role EOS will play in the coming year. I still believe both Steem and Bitshares are undervalued. The usage of both coins is extremely high when compared to the remaining cryptocurrency market.
