How we earn online? (Artists 2018 PH)

“Our job in this life is not to shape ourselves into some ideal we imagine we ought to be, but to find out who we already are and become it.” ― Steven Pressfield, The War of Art: Break Through the Blocks and Win Your Inner Creative Battles

For artists in a third world country or maybe the whole world, the obvious measure of success for most is money. For creative individuals that means we need to sell our services and/or products however most people are not good with selling.

If you're dedicated in pursuing your passion and would like to do this for the rest of your life then you need to sell your artworks but its not that easy. Some people thinks that its simple. You need to have good connections in your industry or a big following in social media cos if you dont, youll find it incredibly hard to start.

“The most important thing about art is to work. Nothing else matters except sitting down every day and trying.” ― Steven Pressfield, The War of Art: Break Through the Blocks & Win Your Inner Creative Battles

I agree with Steven here, artists should only focus on improving their arts and not thinking about selling, marketing and anything connected to business but we need money to support ourselves and our family. Is there another way?

How we earn without selling anything?

We earn by posting our artworks online and then individuals around the world are able to donate on them depending on how much they liked it. The platform dont take a cut on your donations and you can withdraw your money after the allowed donating time for a post.

This is possible with the help of blockchain technology, it allows peer-to-peer transaction that removes the need for middle men to approve a transaction.

How you can start earning today?

  1. Sign-up on Steemit.com
  2. Sign-up on Coins.ph - for artists living in the Philippines to withdraw your money with banks and other outlets
Steemit have 2 weeks waiting time for approval so you can start by signing up first on coins.ph to get approved for withdrawals with banks. You need to have 1 valid ID in order to get verified. Once you get approved on steemit, you need to introduce yourself properly to the platform. You can check this introduction post for reference.

“We must do our work for its own sake, not for fortune or attention or applause.” ― Steven Pressfield, The War of Art: Break Through the Blocks & Win Your Inner Creative Battles

I believe on the potential of this platform especially in helping artists in a third world country that's why I've been promoting this platform thru events, tv interviews and now seminars with the help of our local government we aim to help more artists in the Philippines.

Future plans and Social media links:
