Is there such a thing as voting mana? Like, how does the amount of times I vote affect me? On Twetch, voting costs money.
In the same sense, is there any effect to how many times I can comment or post, etc.?
So you need to have more to get more? How much did you have to invest to get where you got?
There is no mana but you can only upvote one person maximum of 3 times a day.
About posting:
You can publish 3 blog posts a day.
About comments - I don't think there is a limit. You can comment unlimited times but make sure those comments are thoughtful.
If you have more - you will definitely earn faster.
I converted 0.29 Ethereum ~ 64$ to 14000 1UP tokens and leveled up to level 17th instantly = 1 vote is 2.6 1UPs. Now I'm already level 18 :)

It takes only 3324 to get to level 11 and earn 2 tokens per vote. It's about 21$ right now and if you look at 1UP on Coinmarketcap - it's growing!
