I would like to know the interaction that NOIA will have with the ISPs.
We can not ignore that the sub-used bandwidth that will be used by NOIA, is the product of an industry that has invested a lot of time and money in infraestrutura to provide its clients with the required internet access.
Will not ISPs see this as a potential threat to its economic activity?
Will NOIA allow proactive interaction with service providers?
I say goodbye not before telling you that I think we share interests about all these initiatives like NOIA that promote the advancement and positive development of the blockchain and the whole world of cryptofinances. I hope to read your future publications.

I don't think ISPs will be overly interested in NOIA using idle bandwidth, unless they see an opportunity to profit from it themselves. By the time NOIA make use of the available bandwidth, the client selling access to it on the NOIA network will have already paid for it. So as far as the ISP is concerned, they've already made their money.
