It looks cool, but the fact is that people may not need wallet anymore, and just their phone, no cash, no card. All payment can be done on phone, like ApplePay, AliPay etc.
Yes I mentioned about that with the tech currently. But even with that available, plenty of people still prefer the feel of holding physical cards and payment over smartphones for western pay systems only allows for small transactions not higher value ones.
