I will be buying and powering up often. I think its brilliant of steemit to not allow people to cash in as much as they want. If they did that, this would turn into a cryptocurrency platform with a rotten wall street-esque approach. Nobody would be here long term and it would be mess with people trying to get rich as fast as they could. The more eveyone is inclinded to power up, the more we can all make more collectively. I love it. Im quite new here, but I already feel the addiction known as steeming. Im in it for the long haul!
