As you know, voting for a post does not imply an impoverishment on the part of those who vote. What happens is that the Voting Power of who upvote decreases by 2% every time he vote with a 100% percentage. It often happens that the usual ones always vote for themselves, preventing the growth of those who may dream of writing well, working hard to become stronger and richer on steemit.
We therefore decided to take action and stimulate you with a challenge that will potentially involve all users of steemit. Italians, English, Americans, French, Spanish, Indonesians, Brazilians, the whole globe represented on steemit.
The idea is to balance the sea of steemit and give new life to all of us.
The challenge is called Steempossible challenge.
It will consist in launching a challenge to all, whales and minnows, aimed at making steemit a more balanced and better place.
It costs nothing, and in our opinion this is the real strength.
What we propose is to try for 10 days to make the big fish give little fish a hand.

For 10 days, from 8:00 am on 10 October 2019 to 8:00 pm on 20 October 2019, we ask everyone with Steem Power greater than 10000 (ten thousand) to vote for users with Steem Power below the same threshold, 10000 (ten thousand).
The vote will be free, we are not going to tell you who to vote for, but we want to offer you the chance to report both dolphins and whales to invite to participate, and little fish to be voted.

Was passiert ist, dass die Abstimmungskraft der Chi-Upvota jedes Mal um 2% abnimmt, wenn Sie mit einem 100% igen Prozentsatz abstimmen. Es kommt oft vor, dass die Üblichen immer für sich selbst stimmen, was das Wachstum derer verhindert, die davon träumen, gut zu schreiben.
Wir haben uns daher entschlossen, Maßnahmen zu ergreifen und Sie mit einer Herausforderung anzuregen, die möglicherweise alle Benutzer von steemit einbezieht. Italiener, Engländer, Amerikaner, Franzosen, Spanier, Indonesier, Brasilianer, die ganze Welt ist auf steemit vertreten.
Die Idee ist es, das Meer des Stiels auszugleichen und uns allen, euch allen, neues Leben zu geben.

Es wird darin bestehen, eine Herausforderung für alle, Wale und Elritze, zu starten, die darauf abzielt, Stämme zu einem ausgewogeneren und besseren Ort zu machen.

Wir schlagen vor, 10 Tage lang zu versuchen, die großen Fische dazu zu bringen, kleinen Fischen die Hand zu geben.

Wale verlieren Steem nicht. Sie müssen kein Geld überweisen.
Die kleinen Fische werden endlich wichtige Belohnungen für ihre Posten sehen und wachsen.
Kurz gesagt, am Ende dieser Herausforderung wird Steemit ein besserer Ort sein.

SteempossibleChallenge startet am 10. Oktober um 8 Uhr morgens!
Oggi vi vogliamo proporre una sfida impossibile, una di quelle che potrebbero cambiare per sempre la percezione di quello che steemit rappresenta per voi.
Avrete sicuramente sentito parlare di balene, pesciolini e delfini.
Steemit potete vederlo in un certo senso come un enorme acquario dove pesci giganteschi, grossi, piccolissimi o di media grandezza coesistono cercando di portare a casa il meglio alla fine di ogni giornata.
Le balene sono quegli utenti che hanno investito tantissimo su steemit e che oggi si ritrovano ad avere uno steem power enorme. Utenti che con un solo voto al 100% possono garantire reward di decine e decine di steem ad un singolo post.
Ci sono poi i delfini, coloro i quali con tanta fatica sono riusciti ad accumulare svariate migliaia di steem e steem power. Non sono dei colossi, il loro voto non vi cambierà la vita ma l'unione dei voti di svariati delfini faranno la differenza.
Ci sono poi quegli strani animali per metà delfini e metà balene che magari non riusciranno da soli a far schizzare il vostro post nel trending ma che comunque vi faranno sorridere.
Infine ci sono un'infinità di pesciolini. Quelli con SP da poche decine di unità e che ogni giorno scrivono, scrivono, commentano sperando che qualche balena o delfino possa notarli.
C'è dunque un grande squilibrio nel mare di steemit.
Tantissimi "poveri" pesciolini, poche ma richissime balene, qualche elegante delfino e qualche piccola balena o forse meglio dire qualche delfino che sogna di diventare balena.
Come saprete votare un post non implica un impoverimento da parte di chi vota. Quello che accade è che il Voting Power di chi upvota diminuisce del 2% ogni volta che vota con una percentuale al 100%. Spesso accade che a votarsi siano sempre i soliti, impedendo la crescita di chi magari ha il sogno di scrivere bene, impegnandosi molto, per diventare più forte e ricco su steemit.
Abbiamo pensato, dunque, di attivarci e stimolarvi con un challenge che potenzialmente coinvolgerà tutti gli utenti di steemit. Italiani, inglesi, americani, francesi, spagnoli, indonesiani, brasiliani, tutto il globo rappresentato su steemit.
L'idea è di bilanciare il mare di steemit e dare nuova linfa a tutti noi, a tutti voi.
Il challenge si chiama Steempossible challenge.
Consisterà nel lanciare una sfida a tutti, balene e pesciolini, mirata a rendere steemit un posto più equilibrato e migliore.
Non costa nulla, e questo è secondo noi il vero punto di forza.
Quello che vi proponiamo è di provare per 10 giorni a far si che i grandi pesci diano una mano ai piccoli pesci.
Come?
Votandoli.
Per 10 giorni, dalle ore 8:00 del 10 ottobre 2019 alle ore 20:00 del 20 ottobre 2019, chiediamo a tutti quelli con Steemp Power superiore a 10000 (diecimila) di votare post di utenti con Steem Power inferiore alla stessa soglia ovvero 10000 (diecimila).
Il voto sarà libero, non andremo a dirvi chi votare però vogliamo offrirvi la possibilità di segnalare sia delfini e balene da invitare a partecipare, sia pesciolini da far votare.
Per chi volesse segnalare e partecipare attivamente al challenge vi diamo qualche indicazione, qualche regola per far si che questo challenge diventi virale:

Hoy queremos proponer un desafío imposible, uno de esos que podría cambiar para siempre la percepción de lo que Steemit representa para usted.
Seguramente habrás oído hablar de ballenas, pececillos y delfines.
Steemit puede verlo en un sentido como un enorme acuario donde coexisten peces gigantes, grandes, muy pequeños o medianos tratando de llevar a casa lo mejor al final de cada día.
Las ballenas son aquellos usuarios que han invertido mucho en steemit y que hoy se encuentran teniendo un gran poder de steem. Los usuarios con una única calificación del 100% pueden garantizar docenas y docenas de recompensas Steem por una sola publicación.
Luego están los delfines , aquellos que con tanto esfuerzo lograron acumular varios miles de steems y poder de steem. No son gigantes, su voto no cambiará su vida, pero la unión de los votos de varios delfines marcará la diferencia.
Luego están esos animales extraños para mitad delfines y mitad ballenas que tal vez no podrán hacer que tu publicación salpique en las tendencias, pero eso te hará sonreír de todos modos.
Finalmente hay un número infinito de minnows . Aquellos con SP de unas pocas docenas de unidades y que escriben, escriben y comentan todos los días, esperando que alguna ballena o delfín los note.
Por lo tanto, hay un gran desequilibrio en el mar de Steemit.
Un montón de pececillos "pobres", algunas ballenas muy ricas, algunos delfines elegantes y algunas pequeñas ballenas, o quizás mejor decir algunos delfines que sueñan con convertirse en ballenas.
Como saben, votar por un puesto no implica un empobrecimiento de quienes votan. Lo que sucede es que el poder de votación de la upvota de chi disminuye en un 2% cada vez que vota con un porcentaje del 100%. A menudo sucede que los habituales siempre votan por sí mismos, evitando el crecimiento de aquellos que sueñan con escribir bien, trabajando duro para hacerse más fuertes y más ricos en Steemit.
Por lo tanto, decidimos tomar medidas y estimularlo con un desafío que potencialmente involucrará a todos los usuarios de steemit. Italianos, ingleses, estadounidenses, franceses, españoles, indonesios, brasileños, todo el mundo representado en steemit.
La idea es equilibrar el mar de Steemit y dar una nueva vida a todos nosotros, a todos ustedes.
El desafío se llama desafío Steempossible.
Consistirá en lanzar un desafío para todos, ballenas y peces pequeños, con el objetivo de hacer de steemit un lugar más equilibrado y mejor.
No cuesta nada, y en nuestra opinión esta es la verdadera fortaleza.
Lo que proponemos es intentar durante 10 días hacer que el pez grande eche una mano al pez pequeño.
¿Cómo?
voto para ellos.
Durante 10 días, desde las 8:00 a.m. del 10 de octubre de 2019 hasta las 20:00 el 20 de octubre de 2019, pedimos a todos los que tengan un Steemp Power superior a 10000 (diez mil) votar por usuarios con Steem Power por debajo del mismo umbral o 10000 (diez mil).
El voto será libre, no le diremos a quién votar, pero queremos ofrecerle la oportunidad de informar tanto a los delfines como a las ballenas para invitarlos a participar, y los peces pequeños a los que votar.

It is good that this is done but what it demonstrates is the great hypocrisy that exists in this network. The problem of steemit is not to get a whale to follow you and vote but rather to drag and clean the boots to that whale as many do to have that vote while the whales vote among themselves. There is too much hypocrisy and double-sided that is why I have long stopped writing on this network. And I said it openly, I took the mask from many and many people gave me the reason to my sayings but privately because nobody was encouraged to give support in comments of my post "for fear" to reprisals of eg @cervantes at Hispanic level. And I really got tired of fighting for a better steemit and against so much hypocrisy. It has been a long time since many things have to be changed in steemit and among them, above all, to end up with powerful people who commit crimes of slander and insults such as @steemcleaners while being applauded by the community. Yesterday I received an email where they told me that they missed me on steemit haha ... and that I had changed a lot. So much had changed that they tell me that users call it "the new steemit". It was enough for me to write a post to realize that didn't change anything. It is still the same garbage that was converted long ago.

We believe in a redistribution, in a new form of interaction, in blogger and writer and to get rich the user who really matter in this platform.
