I think that is the most important distinction.

I don't mind people using bots to promote their content. Unfortunately, for the most part, people use bots for the sole purpose of ROI. This is why we see certain people get mad when they didn't get that return after a full round.

You see threats, etc. being thrown around when someone overbid for the round.

More often than not, their plan is to buy the initial 200-500 Steem and continue to recycle them and sell the margin.

Then, there are those that we flag who are just using "shitposts, spam, plagiarism" as placeholders for bot upvotes.
