The night at the boulevard of Dumaguete City

Featuring again the city of gentle people, its been a while when i posted about the "Bell tower" of Dumaguete City, known to be the icon of the city.

Yesterday i visited the place again to witness their Christmas decoration events, it always held every December starting day 1 until the end of January. The even is all about Christmas related, where you can find giant Christmas Trees and Singging Carolsand etc. That's actually the high lights of the event, but one of the reason i went thing was, to visit their boulevard.

The boulevard of Dumaguete City was actually one of the best place where you can finds food ( exotic foods), entertainment and meet different people from around the world.

I took this photos at around 10 pm, there are only few people walking around. Every 6pm to 8 pm people do their daily routine exercise in here

There's a a long way from the port until the end of the boulevard where everyone are free to walk,jog, walk with their dogs, setting on a long bench, having a massaged session, eating a streeet foods, taking photos and etc. A lot of things to do when you are at the boulevard of Dumaguete city.

Good thing with this place, it just walking distance from the center where malls, department stores and hotels are located. Boulevard is known to be a happy hour's place, just across the road, you can find entertainment places like beer house, disco house and different restaurant.

This is the beauty of the boulevard during day light, but it is the boring place during day time. No one visited the place, there are few but not the same with night time with a lot of people in there

During day light, you can see the beautiful sunrise from the horizon. Ships and boats are coming and out from the port. Boulevard has actually connected pathways going to port. During day time, it just a beautiful place without people around.

So far, Dumaguete Boulevard is the longest ever recorded in Philippines. Hmmmm, I just got it from the their facebook page. It is also a place where you can find Silliman University just in front of the port where the pahtway is connected.
