The best "Coco Cider" production from Dawani Brewing Possibilities in Bayawan City Negros Oriental.
The said " Coco Cider " undergo the process of fermentation and to give you a little idea what I am talking about here is a brief description. Not my own writing composition which I copied from wikepedia.com

There is a an exact and calculated time frame to get the desired taste of this fermented "Coco Cider". The brewing takes a lot of effort for them to produced the final product.
"Coco Cider" undergo the screening process, where its vitamins and nutrients facts content are studied in one of the prestigious university in the South the Siliman. They checked the product to make sure that it is free from harmful substance/bacteria at same to secure the consumer health.
Mr. Ritchie Montillero shared a little ideas about his brewing business. Where one of his best produced is the " Coco Cider " .
Each bottle cost 30.00 Php / Philippine peso value and I guess the amount of content ranges from 250-300 ml.
Best to serve when its cold, because it brings refreshing feeling that will quench your thirst as soon as you drink this one full bottle of " Coco Cider ".
I'm not sure if most of us know about the " Coco Cider " because for me I never knew about it. I am familiar with the apple cider and I tasted it already which is very nutritious.
When Mr. Ritchie Montillero talks about the apple cider and compare its nutritional facts to coco cider. You will be amazed to the health benefits of consuming one bottle per day. The nutrients value is much higher than apple cider that is really helpful to develop a strong and much more healthier body system.
To be honest its my first time to drink it but I feel relieve from stress after I consume a bottle of "Coco Cider" that night.
I could say that it is one of the best brewed beverages I tasted so far. Which gives me a feeling of comfort in my stomach and I never feel something wrong in my digestion. Because most of the time when I drink other liquids as side from water. My stomach always react and I had a feeling of discomfort.

They store the kamias inside the jar and let it undergo the process of fermentation.

It is a an elongated color green fruit with bitter taste like a calamansi. Here in Negros we used it as an ingredients in cooking sinigang or paksiw without adding vinegar while cooking.

ibang klase yung nkakalasing bro.. eto nman mataas yung nutrional content.. huwag lng papasubra.. parang lechon din yan kase nkakahilo sa sobrang taba..

natikman ko din yung lambanog.. yung kulay niya parang translucent... tsaka nkakalasing yung lambanong... yung cider nmn mataas yung nutritional facts niya.. so dahan2x lng din dapat.. tsaka fermented na yung cider..
