VTO

I just realized that I am on the top 18 from selling channles out of I think 300 agents on the floor .But why do I still rank on the bottom for my overall performance??

Mainly because selling channels is just part of the overall score.My survey from customer is low and the broadband score is zero instead of 125%.

Anyway Im so tired right now.Cant even write this blog.Been so tired because of rude customers and a lot just hang up on me.Not a good day! I should do a VTO!
