Steemit Philippines' core are always in Manila. Bowie can do the talk even...ayaw lang nya.
Basta liase with any of us...after UP, other unis will be targetted. Sabe Tiff, Mapua too.
We just need a steemian to pitch the platform.

Study it so you can share it yourself. This platform can help a lot esp. those financially in need but through blogging, showing their talents, a lot of ways.
It can help us most of all, then share the abundance...just be patient at first and engage to have followers.
