Not for now. What you say is Steempayco phase 2, that is now in development :) I will announce it when it's ready.
Online commerce is hundreds times more realistic for this model. However don't want to stop dreaming. Although offline payment is not very realistic for now, I want to see supermarket and cafe in my town accept SBD (via Steempayco or whatever). I would cry if that comes true.
