SteemMonsters Giveaway #1AAA3#

Pandas use the bamboo system in the image above for water. The bamboo pipes cannot be restructured and the amounts indicated are the maximum amounts of water that can flow through them. There doesn't have to flow water through each of them to work at maximum capacity. The numbers indicate the amount of liters of water that can flow through them per minute, if they are provided with that amount. The magic lake has an infinite amount of water here and provides it infinitely fast ;

Every working panda drinks 1 L of water and then produces 3 points in the next 1 hour. You can hire/fire as many pandas as you want and keep them as long as you want. You can hire new pandas later on. The water is already flowing out of the bamboo pipes once you start collecting points.

The amount of points the pandas need is decided by the following system:
Any letter is the A'th number of the alphabet, thus it gives A points. (a = 1, b = 2, c = 3, d =4, ... , z = 26). If a word contains a number, the number has the same value as itself (0 = 0, 1 = 1, 2 = 2, 3 =3, …, 9 = 9) and a ‘-’ is worth nothing (- = 0).
The value of a word is the sum of all the points each letter in it scores. (baa = 2 + 1 + 1 = 4).
The value of a set of words is the product of the values of each word in the set. (baa baa = 4 x 4 = 16 and baa baa baa = 4 x 4 x 4 = 64)

The pandas want to collect the same amount of points the following sentence is worth:
"I am the fabulous [Insert your steem-name here]."

When working non-stop at maximum capacity, how long will it minimally take for the pandas to achieve their goal?

(Note that the answer will be difference for everyone, since you’ll put your steem-name in.)

Ok, so why do the rest of the pipes matter if the first ones have a limit of 34 litres per hour in total? The last one having a limit of 74 is irrelevant because that amount can't be filled with a limited entry level.

This can be simulated by creating a new block per hypothetical minute. The block would carry information about how many pandas are active, and each block would read the information on the previous block, read how much it would be earning, and restructure itself for the new amount, decide how many pandas to hire and pass it to the next block. Each block would read if the goal amount of litres has been achieved, create a new one if the goal hasn't been achieved and lastly record the activities of the block.

In fact, pandas can't last long, right?

Every working panda drinks 1 L of water and then produces 3 points in the next 1 hour.

Is this at the beginning? It's hired, it drinks 1 L, it produces 3 points (litres?), so it has a net revenue of 2 per hour, but does it produce 3 more points in the next hour? I imagine that if it consumes 1 litre and produces 3 litres per hour, it's basically producing 2 litres per hour.

The pandas want to collect the same amount of points the following sentence is worth:
"I am the fabulous [Insert your steem-name here]."

This is what it's for. The pandas want to produce points to make their sentence xD

Every working panda drinks 1 L of water and then produces 3 points in the next 1 hour.

So they drink 1 liter of water, then produce 3 points, then have to drink again to produce more.

Yeah. So if a pipe that carries a low amount of water ends in a pipe that can carry a large amount of water, the next pipe simply carries all the water and its exact limit doesn't matter.

However, if a pipe that carries a large amount of water ends in a pipe that can carry only a small amount of water, the next pipe can only carry the amount of water it can hold.

The rest of the pipes matter, because some limit the amount of water that can fit through them. Yes, the last one of 74 doesn't matter, but it's a great way to mess with people, right?

Are points = liters?

No, points are what the pandas need to make a sentence.
