Regarding the way to get more followers is complicated.
Especially for new users, I think it is something that should be improved as getting visibility is becoming more difficult every time.

as to whether the users are interested or not ... I think that 54 followers in 2 days is not bad. With that rate per month you get more than 800 followers per month.

But you're doing a good job, keep it up!
