PINEAPPLE LEAVES TEA
We need to prepare:
Fresh corn: 2
Pineapple leaves: 1 small bundle
Coconut milk: 200ml
Powder or cassava powder
Cốm

How to make :
- Peel corn, clean and boil with enough water. When the corn is cooked, let it cool and then remove the seeds, or use a knife to cut the corn into thin layers until close to the pulp.
- Bring the boiled corn to the pot with the half of the pineapple leaves cleaned. Cook for 5 minutes with a small flame for aroma and then remove pineapple leaves.
- Powder mix with a little water to solidify and squeeze into tablets. Then add to the boiler for nine.
- Next, you put corn in cooking and then taste the sugar to suit the taste of the food. When the corn is soft, add fresh cereal, continue to boil with small fire.
- You leave half an acre of pineapple leaves, filtered for water and bring along with flour to dissolve.
- Slowly stir the cassava powder with pineapple leaves into the pot, stir until the tea is moderate, then off the kitchen, out.

When the tea is cooled down, take a small cup of tea, sprinkle coconut milk on top.
Pineapple Corn is a combination of fresh corn and young nuggets cooked in a soft, tasty mixture of pineapple leaves and fatty coconut. Tea is yellow color of corn, again mixed with the green of pineapple, which is gentle but elegant, very attractive.
