TODAY OR TOMORROW? WHERE IS OUR FUTURE?

Tornadoes in my mind
Bombs in my head
Monsters in my chest
Clawing their way out
I wanna scream and shout
But my pen took the initiative
As it exuded inky substance
On this sheet of paper
Vomit of my head;
Thought of every strand.
It is not murder if it has already gone
It is not over if it still shines.
But the lights are dimming
Change is here
Here is change
It dwells only in our mind
Mistakes aren't wrong.
Thoughts aren't gong
But they create rhythm in my head
That controls the mind
And gets the body moving in holy procession,
That gently leads to destruction.
We sit and wish; but it gets bad
We stand and hope; but it doesn't mend
Instead the future gets dimmer
The mocking laughter gets louder
Louder...louder...louder…and…BANG!!!
