Alright Guys! my name is Emmanuel Patrick aka @empato365 of SF1 and I am here again for Steemjetters, to help us find our way and to offer my best services to us. I went to @dimimp's post (the previous one with the highest comments/replies ever) to read up all the comments and proposal delegates made before they were given a slot to work as a steemjet delegate. I found out that the proposals people made was centered around eight(8) departments so The delegates in SF1 decided to group the delegates into this departments to make the work easier to do and also to understand what you need to do.

Please note that these departments does not alter the space force groups as it was arranged by the boss @dimimp himself. It's just a guide for you to know what you are actually doing as a SF delegate. You are free to complain if you are not comfortable with it, so that the right adjustments can be made

In total it can be seen that we that have 8 departments currently but can be extended, reduced, rearranged, change duties or merged for efficiency after a review from the delegates

WHAT ARE THE DELEGATES ACTUALLY DOING?

CURATING! and doing the Job they signed up for!
Every delegate has the responsibility of curating valuable post on the department he/she is working with as a team. Please note that we only grouped you based on what you signed up for. Then please try to submit your report once every two months or at the end of every month so that you can keep your delegated steempower as long as you can as it was directed by the @dimimp. So it's all left for you to make your choice and be sure you do the right thing, then you can get a raise, a helper/helpers and a BONUS!

STEEMJET MUSIC/BAND.

This group is consist of musical stars and voice artist like @mrprecious @kristienantai01 @etemi @vheobong @matemandy @profchydon @inieson.
Yes @dimimp also ordered them not to bother about making any report but focus on the music/band to make it perfect but they can also choose to report to get a raise in SP. (Just guessing though).
For now they should be in charge of curating and reviewing the voice entries of the steemjet contest

STEEMJET ARTS/STEEMJET PHOTOGRAPHY

Headed by @mbj and it consist of @ubongj @mrrpiusz @faith49 @sweetim @anikearn @sancti @omoumi @jogreh @shuta @shartzy @jbee007 @machnbirdsparo @moeenali @owaniofficial @applo @jesse12 @sistem @samuel9135 @lucentbrix. Their works is to curate mostly on arts and also give artwokrks to the steemjet community

These people are either working in photography or the art designs sections. Note that this can be edited.

STEEMJET RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT/ RESEARCH WRITERS

This department is headed by me @empato365 and it consist of @mhizsophie @geyzee @essiential @mariapatrick @lovelymkylie @aaniejack @aiddedavies

This department is quite limited and honestly I do not know how you are going to do the work but you can request for an edit so that we can merge you guys to another department or better still add more people here to make it efficient. What do you think?

STEEMJET MEDICS/HEALTH DEPARTMENT/HEALTH WRITTERS

This department headed by @peterakpan and it is quite necessary because they will go into research and teach steemjetters the value of good health and healthy living. You can read updates on their blogs. This team consist of

STEEMJET SUPERVISORS/MOTIVATORS/WRITERS

THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO FLAG just like other curators do. They flag Spamming, abuse, submitting the same entries twice especially on dimimp's blog especially people just fishing for upvotes with chit chats like "Hey man!, Nice post, Nice comment" etc😂😂😂. Dimimp ordered that he doesn't wanna see such no more, so it's part of the work of the people in this team to flag that.
The team is headed by our Pilot @lordjames and it consist of @lifeofdarlington @rextyge @longmining @joshuaedoja. @dromz @afolwalex @davisedoma

NEWBIE DIRECTORS AND STEEMJET REPRESENTATIVE/GENERAL WRITERS

Their work is to welcome incoming newbies and party/steembath them with upvotes to make them feel welcomed to steemjet and feel at home. Then try to encourage more people to become a part of steemjet, to encourage them learn about cryptos especially STEEM itself.
This team is headed by @deandaniel and it consist of @sheriffakin @muhasib @izuchukwu1506 @josemiguel @jlordc @kabolo @obaidb2 @tudors @dimix @gacorniel @samal9135 @mydivatgthings

The last and important department

STEEMJET ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT

As it stands now this department can only be handled efficiently by the boss @dimimp because he is in-charge of all funds and payments.

All steemjet delegates are steemjet curators and are to focus on their their department for the mean time until changes in the arrangements are made due to a new development that may come up anytime

• as a delegates you can also extend your upvotes to steemjetters/delegates who make quality post writing about topics in the departments in which you are curating/working as a delegate, and also to other quality post that uses steemjet tags

COMPLAINTS/CHANGES

Please if I have mistakenly attached you to a wrong department which you did not apply to work, did not include your name in any department but you are a delegates or I have mistakenly repeated your name twice in two departments please indicate using the comments for corrections and editing. If you do not like your department as well, please also indicate with a comment as well telling me the right department I should Place you then it will be reviewed and edited thanks.
