Yeah the 25% but will 25% curation reward becomes what obstruct the faster growth of the steemjet community?. It's been over a month now since we got started but yet haven't really established goals (except for a few Ideas) to push the community forward.

Hello @diminp I am @empato365 and I do wish to give out my opinion to the steemjet community.
I do suggest that Steem/sbd transfers will be a better way to pay off people who won the previous bounties. This will go a long way to solve the problem of getting too much comment from people who believes that it's by giving to much comments and replies their bounties will be paid faster. This Idea should be adopted to avoid making the steemjet community post look crapy with so much comments (over 700+ at time) but with very low upvotes. We now need to be formally organized, take a look at formal communities like @adsactly , @utopian-io etc, they should be an example to us

Here's an elaboration of what I do suggest you should adopt to solve these problem

First of all, I think steem/sbd transfer will be much better way to pay off bounties because looking at the situation of things now, only steempower worth millions (say 1Million+ steempower) can clear the debts at a faster pace. There are some many people out there who's has contributed in one way or another but hasn't even gotten up to 50$ in upvotes for their bounties but the keep soaring with comment and sometimes (some are relevant and some are not) but yet still don't get enough upvotes like they had expected.

The problem of the post loading/hanging is encountered by all of us including you sir, who once complained in one of your previous post that too much comments was making it hard for you to edit and update the post.

We need solutions to this problems and coins transfer has got to be a better option than the 1Million+ steempower cause even if that much steempower is attained it will still take a longer period of time to complete the process of upvoting.

The advantages of the upvotes is that 75% of the payout goes to the author of the post/comments and 25% to the curator. The 75% which goes to the author helps in to build his/her steem power, reward him/her in roughly 37.5% of SBD and 15% of steel. The curators on the other hand get 25% of the post payout and will be shared in respect to their steempower. (this elaboration is just a rough approximation done to estimate the payout, you can pick up a calculator and do some calculations on a previous post which has been paid out to confirm these ratios.

Looking at those percentages outlined above you'll notice that the author gets 75percent of the payout no-matter what it is converted into(steem/steempower/sbd) and the curators gets 25% in sbd

So if you would like to adopt this initial opinion of coin transfer to solve this problem, you'll have to send coins worth 75% of the won bounties to the winners of these bounties, because you had promised them payment in upvotes.

An example of what I do suggest is shown below.
If @shartzy won $1000 in upvotes he'll receive (1000*0.75= 750) coins in his wallets without any upvotes the coins should be either in steem or SBD but I think SBD will be much better. So if @shartzy won $1000 he'll receive 750sbd without any upvotes. Yeah without any upvotes because the 750 sbd he will receive will cover for all upvote expenses.

I hope my suggestion and example is clearly understood and if it not understood. Please do well to ask questions and and I'll do very well to answer them.

Coin transfer is one good Idea I think I can give to you currently in Order to get the steemjet community established in a better way and a faster pace because we'll now have time to move up to other important matters. This method is time saving and more encouraging as it will even encourage more people in the steemjet community to give out much brighter and smarter ideas in order to get the steemjet community launched into space without any threats of crashing.
I bet that the method of coin transfer will give steemjet a lift in a way you would have never imagined, because when wise steemjet community members receive their bounties directly in coins they'll power up and use the steempower to upvote post using steemjet community tags and also upvoting posts made by you and the community account @steemjet rather than giving out too much comments and very low upvotes that doesn't even have much effective power.

Trust me I think we've more devoted and loyal community members here than elsewhere

Anyway that was just a suggestion as I do not run things here anyway. You'll will always have the final say to the activities going on in the steemjet community.
