that is one of several metrics:
where are you placing your votes?
what valuable tools have you created for steemjet?
what type of vallue are you adding to the discussion in the comments section (I am currently hiring people who are knowledgeable of the current crypto environment)
how much power have you been entrusted with? the more power you have the greater the expectation.
I will lay this grading strategy out after I post my contest evaluating strategy (almost finished) when ending the time competition
