I hate you, I love you
I hate that I can’t stop

I love that I love you
I hate that you love me too

Perhaps if this love
If it weren’t reciprocal
I would learn to hate you

You hurt me
You kill me slowly
And then I hate you

Then you brush my cheek
Softly and gently
Like I’m delicate

Then I believe you love me
I tell myself you’ll change
I lie to myself all over again

I hate you, I love you
You hate me, you love me

We can’t stop it
We can’t help it

This love hate
It’s going to be
The death of us
