Steemit Sandwich Contest Week #31
Hello friends how are you? I'm going to present my entry to the week 31 contest this week is special, our sandwich should not contain bread or something similar (flour).
It was a bit difficult to find an ingredient with which to prepare what was going to replace the bread, so much thinking and thinking I could find it.
Here in my country it is very common and I think it is part of our tradition to eat patacones so it is fried green plantain and it is accompanied with llanero cheese, pink sauce, meat or fish.
The procedure to prepare this patacón was the following:
You need green banana
The shell is removed with care since the green banana stain, a trick would be to use oil on the hands
Cut them and put them to fry in oil for about 5 minutes
After those 5 minutes are removed and usually if you like to pass through some pieces of garlic to flavor garlic, we use a stone to crush the banana after being crushed, we pass it again for the oil to finish browning

Patacón
Tomato
Onion
Romaine lettuce
Smoked ham
Hand Cheese (this cheese is my country's translator, it is a soft cheese)
Plain or hard cheese (another traditional cheese is hard, fried in oil)
Guacamole (avocado, onion, a few drops of lemon, oil and salt)

Fried plantain is one of my favorite dishes I rarely get to eat. This sandwich looks awesome!
Do not eat it often? Well, if it's hard to eat, fried dishes often hurt if you eat them so often, but it's delicious, And if it was :D
My friends mother in New York made it for me when I visited. Was delicious but I don't make it to the Bronx very often.
You do not get green banana where you live? I think you would go crazy if you come to my country you find them with many ingredients
