Pea sandwich

Ingredients:

-2 cups of Pea or any grain of your choice already cooked.
-1 Sausage
-2 eggs
-Parsley, garlic, paprika
-Onion and tomato to decorate
-Salt to taste
-½ tablespoon of oil
-2 tablespoons of wheat flour to give texture to the puree of peas
-½ cup of grated hard cheese.

Preparation

1.- The pea is crushed together with the garlic, parsley and paprika until it turns into puree
2 .- Knead with wheat flour and ½ cup of cheese to form a compact ball.
3.- It is divided into two and two round pieces are made. It is put on a slow fire.

4.- Cut the sausage into small pieces and put to brown in the oil. When it is cooked, add the eggs with a bit of parsley and salt to taste to make the scramble.

5.- Once the pea arepas are cooked, put them on the plate, fill them with the stir-fry and garnish with finely chopped onion and tomato.

Ready it's time to eat!
