Ham and poached egg is an energetic and protein high meal.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 l of water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
100 g of cooked ham
4 bread slices
1 tomato
few green salad leaves

Put 100 g of cooked sliced ham and four slices of bread in an oven and bake it for 15 minutes on 180°C.

Cut tomato on slices and clean salad leaves. Put a slice of tomato and two salad leaves on the bread slices.

Boil two liters of water and add half of a teaspoon of salt and two tablespoons of white vinegar. Break an egg in a bowl then slowly stir the boiling water and put an egg into the water. Best way to poach an egg, is to boil it one by one or maximum two eggs at the time, so they won't stick together. Boil eggs for 3-5 minutes on low heat then take them out with a skimmer. On top of the sandwich put a slice of ham and poached egg.
