📷 Steemit Photo Challenge - Landscape - Entry 1 | Golden Hour of Mount Bromo

This is a cluster of mountains, including Mount Bromo, Semeru, and Batok.

Mount Bromo is an active volcano, with a vast expanse of savanna sand.
Many foreign tourists come to this place to enjoy the beauty of natural scenery. Indeed this area is a major tourist attraction in East Java, Indonesia.

To get to this place, we have to pass a rocky hill. And definitely have to use 4x4 wheels, which you can rent from residents in the area.

This area is inhabited by Tenggerese people, who believe that Mount Bromo is a sacred mountain. So from that point every year, when the full moon they held a ceremony Kasodo in a temple that is under the feet of the Mountain, from midnight until dawn. They believe the bromo has magical powers that can protect their lives.
