DREAM HOUSE PROJECT

2019, Looking back to that day when we first got the key to our dream house.

We participated in Pag ibig foreclosed property sealed bidding and won this property. It's a bare type house which is ready for turn over but the floors, ceiling and partitions aren't fully furnished yet.

3 days prior to bidding, we visited the property and asked the security guards and neighbors about a little background-- whether the house had ever been occupied and found out that it's been as it is -- unoccupied since construction.

The doors were a bit old but the metal works and window glasses are still in good condition.

It was February 2019 when we first did our planning and started the construction in March.

We had decided to put up an extension for the dining area And left enough space for garage/ garden as we both love planting.
