Hidden Charges On Cellular Networks

Have you ever experienced that the cellular company that you are using stole away your load? I don't know about the other country, but in my country but here in the Philippines many of the cellular company are stealing our loads! They send some ads and you just know that when you register it will say that you don't have enough load to register.
