You as an author, when you have 500 Steem POWER, can determine whether or not your Rewards Payout is 100% Steem Power, 50/50 Steem POWER/SBD or No Payout.

When you see a post with the line through the dollar value, it means that the author has chosen to do No Payout on the post.
