Always love your tips! I especially like your idea of a voice check :) I agree identifying your audience is key, it really does determine motivation!

I'm glad you like the idea ... I think I came up with it when I was writing a lot of emails. Usually, I'd email for work, so when I tried to write something more personal, it came out very formal. Sometimes the recipient would think I was upset ... so I had to try to loosen up. Reading it in a funny voice helped! LOL :)
