preparing club sandwich

Club sandwiches are eaten a lot in Nigeria, tho its not originally from here. Many variants have been made from it. Sandwich can be served I'm hotels, flights and in ur house. You can make it at the comfort of ur house.
It can be eaten ad breakfast, or as a snack for ur kids to Munch as lunch at school
Recipe

• 4 or more slices of bread
• 2 hardboiled eggs-chopped
• 1 fresh tomato - chopped
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 1 medium carrot- grated
• quarter of a small cabbage
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 Sardine

1. Mix mayonnaise, vegetables and eggs together. Set aside.
2. In another plate, mash the sardines well and mix with butter to help mask the strong smell.
3. Spread the sardine mix on one side of bread and cover with another slice of bread . on the next side, spread the mayonnaise mix. Repeat with the other slices of bread. On the next side, spread the mayonnaise mix. Repeat with the other slices until you have stacked all four slices of bread with these delicious fillings.
4. Cut your sandwich into your desired shape
   Simple and short.
