I received $1 worth of Steem Dollars randomly from someone and I am currently converting it to Steem. After this, what's going to happen?

Well nothing is "going to happen." Once you have converted, which takes forever, you will have a fraction of STEEM. This can then be converted to STEEM POWER. Why convert?? It won't be easy to liquidate to cash, but it should grow to about 9 times what it is now in 1 yr.

Or you can drink a beer as stated by @lioliomir .... It probably won't be enough for a beer tho!
