So we had the Pork Briyani , it’s not common to have pork meat in briyani .. but the Machas did it !!!.... it was tasty 😋. The pork meat has the tender and fatty layers to eat , it was soft and just melt away once you eat it. The curry gravy is definitely aromatic and spot on .. infused by all sort of secret spices and herbs. Together with the combination of well cooked rice, the gravy , and the meat... it’s one great meal 🥘 It came with a soft boiled egg and mixed vegetables as sides which were great too.
