Tasty chicken noodle soup to enjoy our quarantine period
Basic ingredients( 4 savings)
finely cut or grated vegetables(carrots ,beans ,leeks white part ,potato ,cabbage )50 g from each
chicken breast 250 g
1.5 l of water
salt according to the taste
pepper according to the taste
corn flour 2 tbs
butter 1 tbs
onion
procedure
1.first add 1.5 l of water to the cooking pot and add 250 g of cleaned chicken breast to it by cutting it somewhat small pieces
2.add pinch of salt and pepper to it.
3.boil the water to make chicken stock about half an hour
4.after cooking period filter off the broth to a bowl and chicken pieces separate in t small pieces using fork or by hand
5.put a soup pan on the cooker and 1 tbs of butter. let them in to melt and add chopped garlic ,onion to it.
6.after few minutes add all the vegetables except leeks
7.saute them few minutes and add chicken broth to it
8.boil until all the vegetables cook and add some salt and pepper according to the taste
9.add chicken pieces and noodles
10.add 2 tbs of corn flour by dissolving it in the cold water
11 after few minutes you can serve it with garlic bread
