We Filipinos are really good at cooking. Some of the popular food had already been featured in many famous international cooking shows where it was greatly appreciated and accepted by other people.
It wouldn't come as surprise that we are very genuinely passionate to what we are cooking as it really shows in the flavors of our food: sweet, tender and delicious are one of many things we can describe to our food.
I decided that I will cook the famous Giniling na Baboy in our home. It is a grounded pork with some carrots and potatoes on it. It is a very popular dish during birthday celebrations and fiestas.
