BABIES FIRST TIME
source
All of us strated with first times, and most of the time we mums had a chance to witness those stages. The first time to yawn, first time to smile, first time to laugh and first time to eat. Those stages of your babies life was so exciting to witness, how they look like and their reactions. I will share one of those first times with you mums, here is my baby Ythan's first experience to solid food. Since it's his first time for solid I prepared a small amount of cereal for him. We can also consult our pediatricians first so that we will be well adviced.![PhotoGrid_1518205029593.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmZNV9eHjsMZbEaGQbguriYyKRhSQn44kQKHYKD3K3TeCz/PhotoGrid_1518205029593.jpg)
The photo below is Ythan's very first morsel, and as what the picture shows he doesn't like it yet. Well it's normal this is his first time 😊. ![PhotoGrid_1518205523228.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmNz8U4mN8vfCHQSyWkyEvR87dSdVzhfaTJyXSyU9NTEmF/PhotoGrid_1518205523228.jpg)
And below is his reaction, his FUNNY yet cute reaction with his first taste of cereal. But after a few morsels he got used to the taste already. But there are some babies who push their foods out of their mouth for first few tries. It's normal but sometimes it indicate that our little ones is not yet ready for solids. If your baby liked his first solid but didn't finished it, don't fret remember this is his first time.![PhotoGrid_1518205705454.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmZn88pQan6Mefp2CWQ9jEZPX3onUTn9CZZxPBbjvtFqqj/PhotoGrid_1518205705454.jpg)
As what I mentioned earlier, it's better to consult our pediatrians first. So here are some few informations on how to start solid foods with baby.![PhotoGrid_1518206710722.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmWzfu7msdDSMYQgroGAHxkc49h8HBU9KvBPJ9nTQwoBkF/PhotoGrid_1518206710722.jpg)source
In this stage your baby is just starting to solids so we need to prepare a small amount for them about 1/2 tablespoon only. And if the baby becomes accustomed to eating solids, we can gradually increase the size portion of the food and let them drink water after eating. But even if our babies are taking solids already we mums need to continue with the milk, nurse or formula milk is still very important to baby's nutrition at this stage.
Below is what solid foods we can introduce to our first timers.source source
You can prepare also a chart to monitor closely on what food our little ones like or dislike. It's a big help also to identify and take note of foods he might have allergies. Below is the sample chart. ![Screenshot_2018-02-10-04-10-46-54.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmPmHVF72VvRLhbRCNNq6Di6TeKsVeF9fStv5nHNNN8Rjq/Screenshot_2018-02-10-04-10-46-54.png)source
