2018:Understanding of knowledge

2018 is one of the biggest chance to be a better individual. Some other decided several resolution for their new chapter of life, 2018. FIND NEW RESOLUTION and MAKE IT HAPPENS. This term should be come to everyone's heart and mind. Be more open-minded person, stay humble, and spread up the benefits to everyone.

One of my resolution takes part in education. I'am, who has been graduated from Education Department, take may concern on the education role in people in the world, especially in this country, Indonesia. Because of my interest, I decided to take my Post Graduate in Education. This is one of my resolution in 2018. and every resolutions will take time to be realized, therefore, we have to aware that everything needs process and own ways.

In Indonesia, the education systems are still being developed. As you see, there are several policies regarding education system which concerns on human resources. The Government discussed many policies in order to cover learners needs, such as creating teachers training to develop teachers' teaching capability, doing and selecting textbooks used by the learners in different schools or districts, and also develop facilities which supports the education goals.

Now, my more concern comes on "how to internalize our knowledge then practice it into people around us". We cannot hide that people get knowledge since school, at least 12 years-16 years. However the question is "do they internalize and understand well of what they had in school?

Understanding can be determined as ability to think and act flexibly with one knows about. Regarding the issues mentioned above, the internalization and understanding are important aspect that emphasized on education, because we cannot avoid that those learning periods in someone's life should give benefit to other people.

understanding and intreralizing the knowledge are not about how much you get the knowledge, but in what way you apply those knowledge in your daily life. Actually, the knowledge is reflected through your behavior and your way of thinking. People whose high knowledge will be more wise in making decision, be more considerable person, and more care with others. therefore, being this knowledgeable person, we should be more humble and be more able to respect people in many ways.

Reflecting on the education circumstances in this era, we have to implement what we get trough sharing, teaching or even writing a good thing. Then, in that way, you take part as revolutioner for a better education system and reborn a better generation.
