Task of the week: Teamwork, a different way to see your work!
Task for this week:
Many say that teamwork is essential in education. Describe a time when you had to work closely with someone and what the experience was like. Was it positive? You learned?
Hello friends from all the community of @steemiteducation today I have encouraged to contribute a grain of sand to this great initiative and what better way than our vivevias.
Teamwork personally I think it is very useful in the development of education, this way we help to form the level of responsibility and mastery of the subject that we are studying in those people who in one way or another tend to fail in their activities .
I have had several experiences working with leaders both teachers and other areas, where I have seen that they push you to move forward, considering this issue I bring to my memory my student days when teamwork arose daily, be they theoretical or practices the teacher loved this way of working, and I consider it easier to evaluate a teamwork of five people, than thirty-five individual works that was then.
I never forget my reaction when they said teamwork, I confess that I hated them totally, I was always the typical university student who likes perfection, who works best alone and if she fails she does not have to reply to anyone, but this the long I worked many problems, since I had no one to raise my doubts and concerns, until one day I decided to be part of a team I remember my first time! nothing easy to deal with five ways of thinking at the same time, the teacher took the initiative to place a leader acargo, a boy for then.
Was it positive? You learned?
If he said it widely, it was totally positive! I started to see the world and the way of studying differently, I began to take care and trust in the help that others can give you, and I learned that dealing with others is not a problem, on the contrary you can take ideas and develop them in your walk to to be a better and better person, today I am sure that having made the decision to work in a team was the right one!
