Thank you for the post. I am a teacher and at one time I taught special needs children. When my son was young, he was able to interact with children who had disabilities. The experience enabled him to see past the disability to the person inside. Since then, he has been in positions where he can help adults and young adults with special needs in the work place.
It is not difficult and we all have the ability to be sensitive to others who are different than we are.
