WHY WE CAN GIVE RIGHTS TO OUR CHILDREN BE UNSUCCESSFUL

Hi everyone! I may try to explain what will be the consequences of force for our kid!

What happen if we give the rights to students/children ability to 'not to take an exam' or ability to freely choose between take an exam or not?

Mostly of assume that person who has no option for unsuccessful became more successful than we thought. Is it really like that?

Two researcher from Wharton Business Faculty Rom Schrift and his co-worker design a experiment. Subjects separate a two group(there is a one group extra but not necessary now). Rom Schrift gives complex words to the each of two groups and they are aspect to find some meaning in these words.

First group has right to leave the experiment before any search within words. In other words, first group has ability to leave the experiment freely but second group does not have a right like that. Only chance they have finish the puzzle!

Which of the group try to solve that puzzles? What do you think? Results are very suprising!

The group has right to leave try to find much more words a than the other group and they found much more words but, why?

Firstly, sense of responsibility; it means that our choices,what we do and its consequences reflect our personality. In other words, ıf you force somebody to do something it will not his/her successfull. Of course, if he/she can be successfull. Whenever a person who has freedom for to do something can be much more successfull than the forced. People don't take pains with ıf they forced.

Furthermore, when a person are forced or disability to choose, identity has been rejected as psychologically. Most of them keep rejected these forced and give a message 'ı have preferences too' that you can easily observe from the babies. When people has right to choose, they will realize that that decision it will be under their control.

Also, you can easily observe that in hierarchic institutions. Most of them to their job patchily because, instruction or order can not give them a responsibility on their minds. Shortly, people who has no right to choose don't take responsibilty as much as their willings and put their identity behind. The reason for that, expectation from that person will be automatically decrease unless we give them a right to choose!
