Hi steemians, a lovely morning to you all.

Just when I was about to wake up this morning, several thoughts crossed my mind and the one which caught my attention was the autonomy a referee displays whilst overseeing a match. I love football and it's one of the games I really enjoy to watch in my spare time.

A referee according to Wikipedia's is the person of authority in a variety of sports who is responsible for presiding over the game from a neutral point of view and making on-the-fly decisions that enforce the rules of the sport, including sportsmanship decisions such as ejection. Gone are the days where players abuse referees, this is not to say it doesn't happen again but due to governing rules , the referees are now autonomous. Some referees equally abuse this governing rules but the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

The same principle applies to the human body. There are signs, factors and markers that gives you warning signals when things aren't going on well with the human system. This signs can be likened to the referees, a time comes the referee may just warn you, another time he might give you a yellow card which indicates you can still remain in the game but one more chance left for you.referee-with-red-card.png ultimately the referee will show a red card implying that the game is over for you.
It is quite alarming most individuals neglect these signs till they are sent out of the game( death). For this reason I will go through some warning symptoms that represents major conditions that people do not know about such as diabetes, hypertension, heart attack, stroke, and mental illness
Stay tuned to this wall for the warning signs for the various conditions
