Science for the understanding of life // biology

During our beginnings the important study of everything that represented some kind of life was founded by several areas or disciplines, which were developed with the firm need to deepen in the aspect and characteristics of any matter with which a living species was conformed , these investigations for many years were made by the area of medicine, physics, alchemists, agronomists and even by astronomers, clearly because of the great complexity that represents and represents any study to a certain living species.
In this way, the beautiful scientific branch that today we call biology began to conform, reliably responsible for the study of life in all its manifestations, all the contributions that initially allowed us to know the scientific branches described above has made biology a science With great characteristics of interdisciplinarity, we know that the greatest enigma that our planet Earth has offered us has been to understand the existence of life, representing this phenomenon with great problems for its study as we previously affirmed due to its enormous complexity in its conformation.
Incalculable are the aspects that a biologist has to investigate in order to get to understand any relevant aspect of a certain manifestation of life on our planet, hence the need to interrelate with other scientific areas, this is because it is generally necessary to know the composition of any organism as well as the different reactions that occur in that organism, therefore, chemistry is fundamental for the understanding with greater precision of the characteristics described above, but generally these organisms at any level possess the mobility capacity, this makes it necessary to resort to the wonderful physical science to know all the aspects in terms of the mobility described above, we could get to know the existence of ancient species thanks to geology, because it allows us to know data of the ancestors of species current living taking us to determine all the p the evolution of its evolution, but if we talk about mathematics we can say that it is the mold of each and every one of the formulas to be able to find any abstract or numerical value on the characteristics of a certain living species, therefore, several important mixed disciplines, such as biochemistry, biophysics among many others.
But the fundamental aspect of our biology is undoubtedly referred to the unitary concept in which the life of any species is consolidated, since life is a beautiful unit where all the elements that make it up are intimately related to each other, and as this advanced science has been able to understand such a universal conception.
Through the studies of biological science we have been able to understand that the matter with which living beings are formed, that is, organic matter, is different from that which conforms to another type of material species such as the mineral belonging to the inert world, therefore, we can say, that living matter is constituted by bioelements, being the most important for living beings the element of carbon which in the company of oxygen plus hydrogen, nitrogen, phosphorus as well as sulfur are the most abundant, considered then as the main bioelements in any living species.

We can mention some examples where these elements intervene, such as carbon, which represents an element with a characteristic of versatility, it has four valences which it uses to share, since with them it can be joined to four atoms equal or different to he, a clear example, is represented by the compound known to us as methane gas (CH4), it is important to note that this carbon atom through covalent bonds so many simple, double and triple can join other carbon atoms thus generating a very important property from the biological point of view, since this is how the formation of compounds in chains occurs. Therefore, by combining carbon atoms the great variety and complexity of the impressive molecules of life is possible, representing these molecules the most diverse and complicated of all existing substances.
We also find other elements that are part of any living species which we call secondary bioelements, among the most indispensable we have calcium, sodium, chlorine, copper, potassium, manganese, iodine, fluorine, iron, silicon, boron and others. Which may be absent in some organisms such as zinc, aluminum, bromine.
The study of biology has allowed us to know the presence and importance of another type of small amounts of elements which are called trace elements, which are present in our organisms in a percentage lower than 0.01%, the studies of the presence of these elements It has led us to determine its vital importance for us despite being in very small proportions, since iron is an excellent example of this feature because it is part of the hemoglobin of our blood, it is responsible for the transport of oxygen towards all the cells of a human organism as well as of many other species.

The element of magnesium is necessary in plants for the formation of chlorophyll, but also manganese plays an important role in the growth of plants as in animals, noting that the lack of iodine in humans causes a disease called hypothyroidism, but we can say that the use of common salt which we use in the realization of our meals offers us an iodine component, whose proportion is one part of sodium iodide per 100,000 of sodium chloride, highlighting the rational use of this inorganic compound.
Therefore, the symbols that represent these main bioelements are: C, O, H, N, among others; and the secondary ones: Cl, K, Na, Fe, Mn, Si, among others; and the trace elements: F, I, Br, Zn, B, Cu, Mn.
Water is very important and vital substance of our environment, it represents 90% approximately of the total weight of a certain organism, therefore, it represents the medium in which large amounts of substances appear dissolved, with this we can highlight that life arose from an aquatic environment, it is so much so, that even the cell maintains a composition that reflects the one that had that primal medium.

Foods, which are fundamental elements for humanity in terms of their permanence in the planet, also contain water, for example, fruits more than 90% of their constitution is water, the species of the plant kingdom absorbs this vital liquid from the soil through of their roots and animals complete the water they require directly when they drink it, just like the human species.

All this information and innumerable others, has been offered to us by this fabulous and magnificent biological science, which studies our existence to understand our origins and to have all the tools to consolidate the permanence or longevity of humanity in this wonderful but very complex universe. , which undoubtedly conveyed that great characteristic of complexity to our intrinsic development as matter and living conformation.
