As you prepare for your Mathematics paper.
And he quivered and apologized before disappearing out of my sight why not when I faced it head first and taught it how its done.
That was the faith of most students dreaded course today.
Are you having a Mathematics paper soon or you are a student who does Mathematics. You can pass it with just a little effort you do not need to succumb to the student conventional thinking that maths is difficult. Trust me it ain't.
Here are a few steps you have to keep in mind when preparing for it. I can tell you that if you follow them you will be thoroughly satisfied with what you've done when you drop your pen.
- Read your note and devour questions based on the exam format.
Your questions might be theory or objective.
Theory
If you are having a theory exam you have to practice thoroughly and follow each step when solving problems. This gives you experience with these questions and you know the type of answer to expect.
Objective/Multiple choice
Since these questions do not require you to write down anything it's most profitable if you make use of a calculator to solve all the questions if allowed. And don't think that the methods you see in a book are the only methods of getting the solution. There might be a million ways of getting the same solution just find the shortest and apply it.You can also identify a pattern to know the possible answers of a question.
2 Past questions
When reading don't read without a past question booklet by your side. It's needed for you to know the type of questions to expect. And it's best if you answer questions from the booklet. They give you an intuition of possible outcomes. They are recommended if you are doing a late preparation just skip the lecture note and go for the past questions.
3 Internet
Do not be limited to your lecture notes or pdfs
if you face a topic difficult to understand you can get on the internet and watch videos on YouTube. Another way of getting help online is to type the exact question giving you a headache probably someone must have asked that question on a forum before. An example of such is the mathematics stackexchange
4 Goal
Have a goal don't just read to pass or for the sake of reading. This provides the driving force for getting an A in that Mathematics course.
Lastly, when you enter the exam hall don't panic even if you are not prepared. Enter and do the ones you know to the best of your ability. I had a maths exam today and I decided to share with my fellow steemites how to prepare for such and conquer.
