The Important of Creative Ideas
Hi Steemian! Creativity is the key to be success in life, both at the individual and community levels, but creativity requires encouragement and motivation. The concept of excellence, creativity, and quality as an updated culture. The challenge for you as a leader is to extract new ideas and freshness that may be contained in the minds of those who work with you. As the English saying goes: "There is a fire burning on a cold stone.
Sometimes, one of us feels the inability to complete a task or job that requires special skills and creativity and innovation. The state of depression that makes you unable to generate new ideas that can hurt your career or at least make your confidence shake. Do not worry about it, you are not the only one who needs to stimulate creativity in it, fortunately, self-development and entrepreneurial specialists seek tirelessly for self-development and leverage the power in personality through the successes and failures of others and through scientific research Accurate in the field of psychology and human behavior.
Perhaps the only way to do this work is to develop what might be called a creative system and as the name suggests, a proposal system and a quality department designed to encourage ideas and collect them in work.
Non-leadership managers tend to believe that all problems can be solved by placing systems, but systems typically represent only half of the solutions, while the other half are people managed by the system and the people involved. This clearly demonstrates the need for leadership at the level with a strong recruitment policy coupled with a comprehensive training program. There is no such thing as immediate innovation.
