It is well established that science can't be taught effectively without testing, experimentation and demonstration of scientific fact and science laboratory is a place and means with the help of which all this activities can be performed.
The laboratory is central to science and a major component of science. It is here that the students learn to handle apparatus, think independently and draw conclusions on the basis of practical observation.

The arrangement, settings and environment of the lab encourages the students to perform the experiments carefully in a congenial environment .
The students develop a sense of cooperation while together in the laboratory. The experiments in the laboratory helps in broadening student's experiences and develop initiative and resourcefulness.
The use of laboratory helps in creating and promoting scientific attitude in the students
Principles, theories and laws can be verified by the students through the use of the laboratory.
The laboratory provides practice in determining causes and effect relationship between variables..

My students hardly learn a theory without verifications..
They enjoy going to the laboratory..
While still the lab, they develop a cordial relationship with each other..
They feel so happy verifying a particular theory and law
They discover new things are the laboratory daily
They love the laboratory more than the classroom
