Hi there, thanks for reading and commenting. I don't think you have anything to worry about. This problem will affect new users with less than 15 SP and you have way more than that. I am still only on 4.7 SP. I try keep my usage below 65kb. After I had posted this, I figured out that each character in a post or comment uses 1 bit of bandwidth, and if you store your images off Steemit then you only use bandwidth for the words. But the allocation of bandwidth is relative to your SP, the higher the SP you have, the more bandwidth you are allocated at any time - peak usage or not. I hope this makes things clearer.
