The most difficult part in education is when you (Teacher) try to build an ideas which is will be followed by others (Students/Schools). Yup! This is what we talked about the difference of Sight-seeing. As the popular quote stated about:

This words remained me to my old story when I was sitting in junior/senior high school. We just asked to followed about things/point whereas our background/ideas was different. But, as the official regulation (Education) we must followed it. Can you see if you can't Sing a Song which asked by your teacher, but he still forced you to do so! Or what about painting whereas you just love to write. This varieties was the gift for students in educational cases. The gift that pointed to students' talents based on their mind/ideas/thinking ways produced.

The varieties of students's potential can be maintained well, but in fact nowadays there's still some school-stakeholder still used their own method in defined this phenomenal. In the end, students will confused about their work, caused its not based on what their mind worked or planned to.

Therefor, as teachers, we must define this cases into the next level of understanding within students's educational process. Such as, when there're Art's or Language Teachers, they find students tension into what their mind workedthen created the groups to determined the talent.

Talking about students' Talent, Skill, & Potentials means we talked about their integration in educational cases. As we know, students as dominantly will tend to follow their willingness based on what their mind/heart told. This is why to define students' tend is important thing to come over the situation.

Ideas is something that will lead students' potential worked it out. By their ideas, they will find the absolute comprehension & understanding till then skill and talent will define its way. So thats why we need to distinguish their minds or tend to, as it the ways to get into better resolution for educational mission.

There're something between Students and Teachers' ideas in their daily school activities. As the teachers you shouldn't to forced your students to follow your minds or the way you think based on what you taught them. They just a normal personalities while we try ti do our job.

So, in defining students & teachers ideas was the imoortant thing to make your educational mission succeed.

Do Not Force Students to Flowed With Your Ideas

You just can't asked somebody to be as your description/ideas. But you can only asked them to followed and try to learn by their self. Caused they also have the mind as yours, the only different was the content within.
